Within the United States we ship via USPS and are happy to include standard shipping (all continental US plus including Puerto Rico and Hawaii) for orders of $350 and up. Standard shipments should arrive within 2 to 5 days. However, since delivery is made using third party vendors (ISPS, FEDEX, UPS and others) we have no control over the process, we strongly suggest that the customer invest in insuring the merchandise (approx. $3 per $100 of insurance). We are also able to accommodate other shipping requirements (international shipping, faster delivery, special delivery procedures, company specific procedures) as negotiated with each customer. A tracking number will be sent to the email address or TXT message system to the customer.
What is the cost of shipping outside the U.S.?
As with domestic orders, International Orders typically ship with 2-4 business days after payment is cleared by the bank or financial entity.
However, international Shipping costs depend heavily on weight and volume. Please refer to the following links to get a sense of the cost of international shipments. Please be especially aware that import duties apply to many jewelry imports. We urge you to contact your customs authority or customs broker to obtain the most up to date information.
