Eurogems garantiza que todas las prendas son fabricadas con los materiales indicados en su factura de compra y que est\u00e1n libres de defectos de f\u00e1brica.<\/p>\n

Por favor note que pueden existir diferencias entre las joyas recibidas y las fotos plasmadas en la web a causa del desarrollo de cambios en los factores de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Es importante destacar que el uso correcto y limpieza de las joyas es de estricta responsabilidad del cliente, por lo tanto,\u00a0 se sugiere seguir estrictamente tener presente las instrucciones y mejores pr\u00e1cticas para su conservaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Las empresas de transporte y mensajer\u00eda son externas a Eurogems, es decir, cualquier da\u00f1o sufrido por las piezas desde su salida hasta la llegada al cliente, es completa responsabilidad del transportista. Por lo anterior, sugerimos que todas las \u00f3rdenes sean adecuadamente aseguradas contra aver\u00edas y extrav\u00edos.<\/p>\n

Las compras realizadas en nuestras ubicaciones o a trav\u00e9s de https:\/\/eurogems.net\/<\/a> son v\u00e1lidas para cambio solo dentro de los 7 d\u00edas posteriores a la fecha de env\u00edo indicada en su email de confirmaci\u00f3n de despacho.<\/p>\n

La direcci\u00f3n de retorno para cambios estar\u00e1 disponible en su factura y los clientes son responsables de los costos de env\u00edo y seguro contra p\u00e9rdidas. Toda la mercanc\u00eda cambiada debe estar sin uso, en PERFECTO estado y devuelta en el envoltorio original de EUROGEMS, incluidas sus etiquetas y cualquier caja o material de embalaje.<\/p>\n

Una vez recibido el paquete, se\u00a0 realizar\u00e1 una inspecci\u00f3n y si no est\u00e1n en buenas condiciones, da\u00f1ados o faltan piezas, se le cobrar\u00e1 al cliente una tarifa de reposici\u00f3n de existencia.<\/p>\n
